At GRUV Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs, cases, and digital code inserts are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
